Question: rose plants

Do I have to move some rose plants, can I do it now given the fairly mild weather or should I choose another period?
Thanks for your advice. Chiara

Answer: rose plants

Dear Chiara,
the movement of shrubs such as roses should be done when the plants are dormant, complete or partial, so this time of year is perfect; clear that it depends on the climate in the area in which you live, if at night the frosts are already felt, you should wait for the end of winter, but without letting the season go too far: when the roses begin to sprout they must already to be in the new position for a few weeks; if, on the other hand, you live in an area where the climate is still autumn at night, without excessively low minimum, you can proceed calmly.
